IN NO EVENT SHALL GANGSTERSANONYMOUS.COM TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) RELATING TO THE PLAYING OF THIS GAME AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ANY PURCHASES OF GAME FUNDS, AND ANY PURCHASE OF PREMIUM SERVICES WITH GAME FUNDS ON THE SITE AND ITS GAMES, DO NOT ENTITLE YOU TO CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE, ITS SERVICES, ITS GAMES, OR ANY PREMIUM SERVICE, AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING CASES WHERE A) WE CEASE TO OPERATE THE SITE, ONE OF ITS GAMES, SOME OR ALL SERVICES, OR MODIFY OR TERMINATE SOME OR ALL PREMIUM SERVICES; B) WE ARE PURCHASED OR SELL SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF OUR ASSETS; OR C) WE FILE A NOTICE OF BANKRUPTCY WITH A U.S. COURT.

4. Payments
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

5. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. You must review the Privacy Policy by viewing "Game Rules."

6. Copyright and Copyright Agents
We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide GA Admin (zackkkkkkk@hotmail.com) the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

7. Accounts
In order to access the site, an account must be made. ONLY ONE ACCOUNT PER COMPUTER. You must not choose a username that infringes the rights of any third party, impersonates GA staff, which is deliberately confusing or which is offensive, racist, obscene, hurtful, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to make such assessment in our sole discretion, change any username for any reason or take such other action as we believe appropriate.

You agree to keep your password safe at all times and not to disclose it to any other person. You are responsible for the activities of all persons who use your password to gain access to your account. To help ensure the safety of your password, you must keep your computer free of viruses and other malicious code including Trojans.

8. Users Under 18 Years Old
This site is intended for people of 18 years or older. If we come to believe that someone under the age of 18 is playing, we reserve the right to terminate their account at any time.

9. Consent to Recieve Email
If you register to use the Site and Services, you hereby consent to receive periodic newsletters and other types of email communications from Company, including customer service issues, new rounds and other matters. You may choose to opt out of certain newsletter and announcement email correspondence; however, Company reserves the right to email you at any time regarding issues related to your account and your use of the Site and Service.

We do not approve or endorse anything that's been written or any photos put up by the players in the community.
